The Sunday Mirror reports that the pair have become close since the father-of-two split from his wife.
The couple won the EuroMillions in August 2012 – the second biggest lotto prize ever won in Britain.
The couple’s win put them 516th on Britain’s Rich List.
Mrs Bayford later moved in with a car salesman and revealed their marriage had 'broken down irretrievably'.
The Sunday Mirror reports that Ms Jarosz drives a £34,000,Volvo V40 hatchback which was bought by Mr Bayford.

A close friend, Richard Hudspith, told the paper that the pair have a 'friendly relationship', and that they had known each other 'for a while'.
It is believed the pair met when Ms Jarosz was working as a bouncer at a local nightspot and Mr Bayford was on a night out with friends.
According to her Linkedin profile Mr Jarosz worked as an 'employee co-ordinator' at Dalehead Foods in Linton, Cambridgeshire - a sausage supplier.

She now appears to be a security officer for VSG Vision Security Group, according to her online CV.
Mr Bayford moved from the Grade II £6million country house in Cambridgeshire that he and his estranged wife bought with their winnings into his new home, which has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and six-car garage.
A source told the paper: 'Adrian’s new place is lovely. You can see why Marta would want to spend time there.
'Adrian’s a big bloke with a big heart. He’s great fun to be around. He’s really relaxed and chilled out and a good person to hang out with.'
Ms Jarosz declined to comment on her friendship with Mr Bayford.

Mr Hudspith said Mr Bayford was also unavailable for comment.
After announcing their split, Mrs Bayford, who was a healthcare worker at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, left their £6 million Georgian mansion and has since bought a new house in an exclusive estate on the outskirts of her original home town of Dundee.
It is understood that she has started a new relationship with a car dealer.
Mr Bayford is aware of his estranged wife’s new relationship and it is understood they have reached an agreement to split the lottery fortune, one of the biggest ever won in Britain.
When they went public with their win, they insisted they would not let their fortune change them. But last month Mr Bayford, 43, confirmed: ‘Gillian and I have split. When you win the lottery it’s so stressful.’
At the time he insisted there was no one else involved, saying: ‘There’s never been anything like that at all.’
